Two paths: speaking and coaching
Choose the format that fits the change you need: a room that leaves with a framework, or one leader at a time.

Speaking
Keynote, full-day workshop, and executive consulting. A framework your people can use on Monday morning, not just inspiration. Custom quote.

Coaching 1:1 — The Successful Edge Leadership Intensive
For leaders carrying weight for other people: first pastors and ministry leaders and executives and business owners, plus emerging leaders stepping into real authority. 1:1, virtual, with in-person available in Kansas City. The Successful Edge Leadership Intensive is 6 sessions over 3 months, 90-minute sessions, with text/email check-ins between sessions. Packages starting at $3,500 for a 6-session core engagement. Single sessions $300-$500. Teams and organizations: custom quote.

Coaching 1:1 — The Successful Edge Leadership Intensive: Lead from choice, not reflex
You will understand why you react the way you do, and lead from choice instead of reflex. Recognize the beliefs and expectations driving your reactions under pressure (Belief System Model). Manage emotion when expectations get broken instead of being run by it (PINCH model). Close the gap between what you intend and how you land with people (Intent-Action-Impact). Have the hard conversations you have been avoiding, at home and at work. The Successful Edge Leadership Intensive is 6 sessions over 3 months, 90-minute sessions, with text/email check-ins between sessions. Coaching is separate from Dr. Archie's licensed counseling practice. It is not therapy and is not billed to insurance.

Reserve your place in the next ManTalk Circle. $500 per man for the full cohort. Each participant receives a copy of ManTalk: Breaking the Silence. The ManTalk Circle — A small-group coaching experience for men, limited to six
Men who are carrying a lot and saying very little: fathers, husbands, leaders, men in transition, and men who were never given the language for what they feel. Built from years of clinical and pastoral work with men and the framework behind ManTalk: Breaking the Silence. Understand the drives that shape them, using the ACE model (Aggression, Competitiveness, Ego), and channel aggression into its healthy forms: protection and provision. Trace reactions back to the beliefs underneath them (Belief System Model). Name what they feel and handle it when life does not match expectations. Say what they mean so impact matches intent, at home and at work. Stop carrying everything alone, because the group itself becomes a brotherhood. Six men maximum, so every man is heard and no one hides. Open enrollment. 6 weekly 90-minute sessions, virtual or in person in Kansas City. Each participant receives a copy of ManTalk: Breaking the Silence. Confidential, honest, and direct: the goal is truth, not comfort. $500 per man for the full cohort. Churches, employers, and organizations: custom pricing for a sponsored cohort. Six seats. One conversation that changes how you show up. Reserve your place in the next ManTalk Circle.
I teach behavior — for rooms, and for the leaders in them.
After thirty years in boardrooms, clinics, and congregations, I've learned that real leadership change requires more than a good story. It demands a framework you can actually apply on Monday morning. In speaking, that framework serves a room. In coaching, it serves one leader at a time. He is the author of ManTalk and The Kingdom-Focused Church, and host of the Defining Moments podcast.
Client Feedback
"This transformed the way I look at life as a leader, husband, and father. I signed up to improve my leadership skills as an entrepreneur and business leader, but I came away better equipped to lead in every area of my life. I recommend the Successful Edge Intensive to anyone in leadership, at any level." — James "This workshop provided transformative insight that changed my thinking and my approach to serving clients. As a clinical director, I was concerned about our program's recidivism rate. I was told it was 'normal,' but all I knew was that it was tragic for our clients. One workshop changed our entire approach, led to immediate improvement, and helped us fine-tune our model. Most importantly, it changed our clients' lives." — Dr. Hall "Dr. Archie helped us understand our relationship and family in ways we had never considered. We first heard him speak at a conference when we were on the verge of divorce. We were so moved by his presentation that we decided to join one of his couples groups. Our marriage is now strong and growing, and even our teenage children have commented on the changes. This experience has been life-changing for us." — Deron & Kim "This is the clearest understanding of what it means to be a man that I have ever heard—and the best investment I have ever made in myself. Dr. Archie combined current research with practical guidance and actionable steps that changed every part of my life as a man in just a few short weeks. ManTalk is a must for every man and offers valuable insight for women as well." — Bradley
